Case Study : West Hills Hospital Pediatric Urgent Care

A Wildly Successful Launch of a Parent’s Best Friend.

We developed a comprehensive campaign for West Hills Hospital Medical Center to promote their new Pediatric Urgent Care Center, a lifeline for busy parents whose children get sick or injured after hours. The Identity Group developed a multi-channel campaign: direct mail and newspaper inserts, movie theatre slides, bus shelter and mall advertising – as well as refrigerator magnets for easy, constant reminders of the center. The coup de gras: giveaways of two rag dolls that looked like the character sketch in our promotion.

The Results: The after-hours pediatric care center at West Hills Hospital is so successful and busy, they’re going to expand their hours of operation. And our doll characters now appear on lunch pails and on children’s play yard posters at a local Valley mall.
