Valley Oak Systems, a developer of claims administration software for insurance companies, came to us seeking to expand its business. The Identity Group discovered they were selling the most advanced, operator-centric product in the industry, but that few people knew it. Those who did stayed; since their founding in 1999, they had not lost one client. With the right information, we knew we could leverage these facts into tremendous visibility. Interviewing claims managers revealed the key features and usability factors that either made them love or hate a software product. We then developed a series of ads that spoke very specifically about why users adore Valley Oak Systems solution. The same message comes across in their new tradeshow presence.
