HEALTH CARE Case Study : USC Health Sciences Spreading the Story of LAs Finest Physicians. The Identity Group created a comprehensive, unifying branding campaign for all Health Science Campus affiliates under the umbrella "The Doctors of USC." The campaign included logo development, radio, direct mail, newspaper inserts and print ads throughout Southern California. Unifying print collateral materials were developed as well. The Results: Awareness levels jumped dramatically. Survey results showed that the number of community members who knew about the private practices and primary care medicine at USC increased from a low of 21% to 63% after one year of advertising and promotion. Inquiries to 1-800-USC-CARE increased by 400% and requests for printed materials were in the thousands. |
