Bakersfield Memorial 2011

The newest promotion for Bakersfield Memorial strategically evolved from the success of the "It's OK" branding campaign. This campaign was a showcase for the hospital's signature services, the new Children's Medical Center, cardiology and their certified stroke center. TV, radio, outdoor, print and electronic promotion put the emphasis on prevention through education. There is a strong message that urges potential patients to pre-register family members for hospital services making future care more convenient for patients and assisting physicians in doing their best for the patients. By directing calls to the hospital's physician referral line, the campaign helps to keep physicians busy and happy too. Colorful, educational and engaging guides on kids health, cardiology and stroke were created for consumers as a direct response tool. The message continues on, that Bakersfield Memorial Hospital is the hospital that's "Always thinking about you."
